  • WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER REQUIRED FOR THE CORPORATE GIFT BOXES?
    Our minimum order for Corporate Gift Boxes is 20 boxes and above.
  • HOW LONG IS THE LEAD TIME FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE CORPORATE GIFT BOXES?
    Preparation : 5 working days Delivery : 1 - 3 working days
  • CAN YOU DESIGN A PERSONALIZED CARD FOR US TO BE SENT TOGETHER WITH THE GIFT BOXES?
    Definitely! You could opt for a handwritten gifting card or even an e-gift card (with additional charges).
  • DO YOU GUYS HELP TO ORGANIZE AN EVENT TOO?
    Yes, we do! Kindly drop us a message via WhatsApp/IG/FB to discuss further.
  • WOULD THERE BE A SHIPPING FEE CHARGED ON MY ORDER?
    No worries! The price of the gift set is inclusive of the shipping fee.
  • WHAT WOULD BE THE SHIPMENT METHOD?
    All orders will be shipped by the logistics courier. We could arrange GRAB/Lalamove/own transport should you request for same-day or next-day delivery (additional charges will be incurred depending on the location).
  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF KLANG VALLEY?
    Yes, we do! Shipment can be done in both West and East Malaysia as well as Singapore. However, there would be an extra charges incurred for East Malaysia and Singapore shipping.
  • CAN I OPT FOR SELF-COLLECTION?
    Yes, of course! Feel free to drop us a message for the arrangement to be made.
