At Ensemble By Sana, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer conditional exchange if you face quality issues with the product.

• In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window of 3 days. Returns are only accepted in following conditions.

  • Wrong Product – Wrong color/ size/ style

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Unsatisfactory Product – Quality issues.

  • Defective Product - Manufacturing defect.

• Products that are marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned. View the full list of non-returnable items.

• Any product specific return conditions may override above mentioned conditions. Please check product specific policy (T&C).

• In case, the item is to be picked up from a different address, address can only be changed if pick up service is available at the new address.

• Product should be correct/original and complete (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)

• The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes and be in it original packing, as every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch.

• If order found not fulfilling any condition, Return request can be cancelled at any level.

• In case product submitted for picked up and found not fulfilling the return policy, return of such product back to customer is matter of subject and extra delivery charge will be applied.

• The refund of the product will only be initiated after we receive the product and it is properly inspected.(T&C)

• All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit.

• We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of a color will be completely accurate. Thus, in case of minor color variation, return application would not be applicable.
