International Shipping

As our products are crafted in India and shipped worldwide, international orders may require additional transit time. Delivery schedules depend on customs procedures and local courier services in the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. Indy-Afro is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen shipping circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of human hair products, we maintain strict quality and safety standards. Returns and refunds are only accepted for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with relevant details so we can review and resolve the issue promptly. Once approved and inspected, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn, installed, washed, cut, colored, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or refund. Customized or special-order items may also be non-refundable unless received in damaged condition.

 

Order Cancellations
