Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and the delivery time ranges from minimum 4 working days and maximum delivery time is 4-7 working days after receiving the order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery estimates (4-7 business days) will be provided based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Returns

Label Taashvi allows you to take the decision of cancelling an order, should you wish to do so. however, we sincerely urge and request you abide by the following cancellation terms –

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email to labelTaashvi@gmail.com 

Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

 

• If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within two hours of placing the order.

• If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be cancelled.

• In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

• Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.

• If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.

Returns Policy

Label Taashvi offers convenient, minimum questions asked Returns of delivered products, in case a customer finds a product/ its condition unsatisfactory, upon delivery. However, a considerable amount of logistical effort is spent in ensuring that a product reaches your doorstep. We sincerely urge you to confirm various aspects of a product and submit measurements with utmost care – at the time of shopping itself – so that minimal Returns scenarios arise.

Returns Policy For Shipping In India

You can raise a return request by sending an email to labelTaashvi@gmail.com – clearly stating your Order Number. Also mention the purpose of email and order number in the Subject Line of the Returns Email.

If you choose the cash on delivery option and need a return pick-up, a charge of Rs. 250/- will apply, and the refund process will be initiated after 35 days from the date of the return request. To raise a return request, intimate within 48 hours of receiving the order.

A customer can return a delivered product, within 7 days of registering the return request with label Taashvi.
In a usual Returns situation, customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.

The Shipping charge levied on a delivery will not be refunded against any order.

Stitched Merchandise CANNOT be Returned. This applies to both Custom and Standard Stitching. Same applies for all Made-to-Order outfit/s.
A Saree cannot be returned if its blouse or petticoat has been stitched.
Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds are allowed on accessories.

Refunds

A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office - for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within seven days of receiving the product back - in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.

Exchange

Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We're happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock.

While label Taashvi endeavors to procure products from its parent brand and different vendors around the world and have them delivered to their customers, label Taashvi disclaims any direct and indirect liability, if a vendor fails to provide the requested goods in time or if the requested goods do not match the customer expectations.
