Shipping Policy

1. At Royal Chatkara Namkeen Products, we treat every product as special and prepared them as per customer needs so that they enjoy the real taste & freshness of the snacks.
2. Order placed post 6:00 PM will be processed for dispatch within 24 Hours and order placed on Saturday post 6:00 PM will be processed for dispatch on Monday.
3. Orders booked during any festival month, might be delayed in dispatch/ delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, Shortage of stock,   Overloaded shipments for delivery.
4. Shipping address, pin code and contact information should be correct and any delay due to any incorrect information would be the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. All the orders will be dispatched via third party courier service.
6. Shipping charge for prepaid orders is 70/- per kg. Free shipping is available on all orders with a final value above 999/-.
7. All delivery time are approximate timeframe. These are not committed delivery time.
           - Within the City - 2 to 3 days.
           - Within Zone - 5 to 7 days 
           - Within Metros Cities - 5 to 7 days
           - Tier 1, 2, 3 cities - 5 to 7 days
           - Special destination- 8-10 days
