VPCF is actively involved in providing education and training facilities in the maritime sector. Through its sister concern Maritime Academy, VPCFis preparing a new breed of well-trained, highly qualified merchant mariners who are skilled with technical as well as soft skills needed to launch successful careers in the Merchant Navy. We offer a variety of avenues in career choices. We as an organization ascertain the caliber of the candidates and counsel them towards the right career path accordingly. We also conduct career specific preparatory classes to ensure that candidates get fully prepared to face the entrance examination and interviews conducted by both, academic institutions and shipping companies. We also provide sponsorship for training of Pre-Sea courses. Under this program we sponsor & train the seafarers. After the successful completion of training we place the crew on board on the vessels under our management. Our counsellors share vital information with the candidates about various courses so they can make well-informed decisions.
