Avante Design Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Returnable Items: We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order pieces, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. Refund Process

Return Initiation: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at customer.service@avantedesign.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. Once approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Responsibility for Fees: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during shipping.

Free Returns on Defective Items: In the case of defective or damaged items, Avante Design will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

Inspection Upon Delivery: We encourage customers to inspect their furniture upon delivery. If there is visible damage, please report it immediately to our delivery team and contact customer support.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on availability and customer preference.

5. Exchanges

Product Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with exchanges, except in cases of defect or damage.
