At Avante Design, we are committed to delivering quality furniture crafted with durability in mind. Our Warranty Policy ensures that each purchase meets our standards of craftsmanship and functionality.

1. Warranty Coverage

• Standard Warranty: Avante Design offers a limited warranty on eligible furniture items covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

• Duration: The standard warranty period is typically 1 to 5 years, depending on the product category and specific materials used.

2. What the Warranty Covers

• Structural Integrity: Coverage includes defects in frames, joints, and structural components.

• Materials and Craftsmanship: Includes issues with stitching, upholstery fabric, and foam used in seating, provided they are under normal, recommended usage conditions.

• Hardware: Defects in hardware and mechanisms for furniture with moving parts, such as recliners or extendable tables.

3. Exclusions

• Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including fading, scratching, and fabric pilling, is not covered.

• Improper Use or Maintenance: Damage resulting from improper use, lack of regular maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions is excluded.

• Modifications and Customizations: Any alterations or repairs by unauthorized personnel void the warranty.

4. Warranty Claims Process

• Claim Initiation: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Avante Design’s customer service with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

• Evaluation: Our team will assess the claim, and if eligible, will repair or replace the item at no additional charge. If an identical replacement is unavailable, a similar item of equal value may be provided.

5. Limitations of Liability

• Avante Design’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items. We are not responsible for any incidental damages or costs incurred from defects, such as shipping or assembly costs.

6. Extended Warranty

• For an additional fee, customers can purchase extended warranty coverage, which includes an extended protection period and additional support.
