  • Standard Delivery: For orders within Malaysia, we offer competitive rates for standard delivery. Shipping fees may vary depending on the product size, weight, and destination.

  • Free Delivery: We provide free shipping on orders exceeding a specified amount (RM5,000). Terms and eligibility for free delivery may vary by region and product.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer based on production timelines.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days for most locations in Malaysia. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take longer. We will provide an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Scheduled Delivery: Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

  • Assembly and Setup: For certain items, we offer white-glove service that includes delivery, assembly, and placement in your home. Details will be provided at checkout or upon request.

  • Signature Required: For security purposes, a signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.

5. Delays and Cancellations

  • While we aim to deliver on time, unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, we will inform you promptly. Orders can be canceled prior to shipment; once shipped, our return policy will apply.

  • Replacements: In the event of defective or damaged items, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or a full refund according to our return policy.
